Thomas Homes currently has 7 locations in the Northwest Panhandle of Florida. In Northwest Pensacola, Eleral Estates, Ironhorse and coming soon Lakes of Carrington in Cantonment. Currently in Santa Rosa County we have Tamrell Forest in Pace and Las Colinas in Milton. In Okaloosa County we are currently selling Phase I Fox Valley in Crestview, FL. Most of our subdivisions are 1/2-1 acre plus in size to accomodate our buyers desires for side-entry garages and a large enough lot to add a pool or future recreation in the backyard. Fox Valley lots are 1/4 acre plus.
